At Parco Pearl Gas we have a very smooth exchange, return & refund policy.

 

It is mandatory that you should inspect the LPG cylinder(s), LPG accessories and LPG appliances like cooking stove at the time of delivery to avoid facing any inconvenience that may lead to exchange, returns & refunds. You should ask the delivery person to get every item checked infront of you and it should be operational at the time of delivery.

 

Returns & Refunds: If the LPG cylinder provided by Parco Pearl is found faulty or You/customer wants to return the cylinder for some genuine reasons then it falls in the category of refund and return.

The LPG cylinder(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received. Within 15 days the refunds will be made. The refund request should be raised within 24 Hours of purchase. After exceeding 24hours, the consumer then needs to apply for refund at 042-111-574-574 or can apply online by filling ‘order return & refund form’ available on e-commerce platform. This will be subject to providing the purchase invoice issued at the time of purchase from the company.

Conditions:

  1. The amount of gas price and security deposits will be returned as per invoice amount. LPG cylinder(s) should not be damaged by the consumer(s) and will be inspected by delivery team at the time of pickup. 
  2. The LPG accessories and LPG appliances i-e cooking stove are not refundable or applicable for refund or return, if used.
  3. The pickup charges of LPG product(s) will not apply as per company policy only if the product(s) is found faulty.
  4. The refunds are only applicable on the security deposit of the LPG cylinders not of gas.

Exchange: It applies when LPG cylinders, accessories or appliances provided by the company is faulty and you want to put a request for an exchange. The LPG cylinder(s), LPG accessories, and LPG appliances like cooking stove must be unused. Maximum 48-72 Hours would be required to exchange. The service charges for exchanging the items will not apply as per company policy.

When LPG cylinder(s), accessories or appliances provided by the company is damaged due to Your (Customer’s) own fault and you/customer want to put a request for an exchange. 48-72 Hours would be required to exchange. The service charges for exchanging the items will apply as per company policy. The additional cost of repair of the damaged product will be charged at actual. The customer accepts to pay such costs accordingly.
